A Compact Lift vertical storage lift with 3660 mm wide and 820 mm deep trays was selected for storing measuring and inspection matrices for the output inspection department at the Mošnov plant, where headlights and taillights for Hyundai and Kia vehicles are manufactured. The trays have a load capacity of 500 kg. The vertical storage lift reaches a height of 10,076 mm and thus dominates the entire production hall where it is located. The centralised storage of the measuring matrices in the Compact vertical storage lift facilitates their accessibility and at the same time ensures their safe storage and prevents tampering. Matrix dispensing is handled by dedicated personnel who use a personal code to access the vertical storage lift. It is therefore possible to monitor access and manipulation of the machine.

Satisfaction with the supplied solution for storing measuring and inspection matrices is best demonstrated by supplying further vertical storage lifts to this production plant.
