All warehouses are different. That’s why the Tote-to-Person solution comes in three heights – 5, 8, and 11 meters – to maximize the vertical storage space in any warehouse. The robots come equipped with either vacuum grippers or fork arms to optimize how goods in bins and cartons are stored.

In the RoboShuttle solution, two robots work together: one that goes high for tote storage and retrieval, and one that goes fast for order picking and replenishment. It’s a perfect solution for companies with small and medium-sized goods looking to pack more product onto tall shelves.

In the RoboShuttle Plus solution, customers can personalize the RoboShuttle storage robot with both tote-carrying P40 and Shelf-to-Person robots into one operational area. High-density tote storage maximizes fully vertical warehouse space while pallets and movable shelves support massive storage of large items for fast picking.

RS robot, which can stretch up to 11 meters, is a tall, high-density storage robot compatible with multi-size totes and cartons. Its double-deep storage functionality saves aisle space.

P40 Robot: Flexible and Convenient

P40 is a fast tote-carrying robot equipped with a lifting module that adjusts the tote to a suitable height for the operators.
