How does Twin technology work with a double lift?
- Start picking: the operator starts picking according to the order list. Compact Twin loads the first tray and prepares it for picking.
- During picking from the first tray, the next tray is loaded and placed in the waiting position in the elevator.
- Smooth transition between trays. In the meantime, the third tray is prepared in the waiting position on the lift.
Maximum space utilisation
The Compact Twin makes maximum use of storage space thanks to the unique design of the second extractor position, which is located under the drive. This system allows the trays to be positioned almost to the ground, an area where conventional systems cannot reach. In this way, up to 5% extra storage space can be gained in each Compact Twin vertical storage lift compared to conventional solutions.
